Thin Mint Crunch Trifles
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake
Cool Whip
Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding
Nestle Girl Scout Cookie Crunch Bars in Thin Mint flavor
Directions:
The amount of ingredients you’ll need varies, depending on the size of your trifle dish or containers. I made individual trifles in these really cute Mini Trifle Bowls from Pier One.
Layer some Cool Whip in the bottom of your trifle dish. Cut the chocolate cake into cubes, or cut out shapes from the cake. I used a small star cookie cutter to make star shapes. Line the shapes around the edges of your dish on top of the Cool Whip, adding in pieces into the middle to complete the layer.
Add another layer of Cool Whip on top of the cake, then add a layer of chocolate pudding.
Using a very sharp knife, cut the Thin Mint Crunch bars into small chunks. Sprinkle on the top of the pudding. Refrigerate for several hours until chilled. Serve cold.
